What to expect: Move through various barre-based exercises using equipment like light hand weights, a Pilates ball, a chair, and more. Be on the lookout for some sneaky athletic conditioning moves creeping in, like mountain climbers, pushups, and skaters. Catch the beat of the music while you move, and strengthen your rhythm as you strengthen your muscles! Post-natal friendly.
Who it's for: Moms with little babies! Whether you're a first-timer or a veteran (3 kids? 4?!), this class is a way to get a great workout, make googly eyes at your precious babe while you sweat, and connect with other moms.
*For safety reasons, babies must be pre-crawler and able to stay in a car seat, stroller, bouncy chair, or on a play mat for the duration of class.
